By enrolling in any GC Beauty Academy program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your enrollment.
1. Program Access
Upon successful enrollment and payment, students receive access to the enrolled program(s) for the duration of their active subscription or as specified in their plan. Access is granted to the individual student only and may not be shared, transferred, or resold. GC Beauty Academy reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue programs with reasonable notice.
2. Payment Policy
All fees are due at the time of enrollment. GC Beauty Academy accepts major credit cards and PayPal. Subscription plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or as selected) until canceled. Students are responsible for ensuring payment information remains current. Failure to maintain payment may result in suspension of account access.
3. Refund Policy
Refund eligibility is determined by the plan purchased and the amount of course content accessed. Students who have not accessed more than 20% of enrolled course content may be eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our support team. GC Beauty Academy reserves the right to evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
4. Student Responsibilities
Students are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials, completing coursework in good faith, and adhering to professional standards of conduct. Students may not reproduce, distribute, or share course materials without written permission. Any misuse of the platform or course content may result in immediate account termination without refund.
5. Account Access
Student accounts are for individual use only. Sharing account credentials is prohibited. GC Beauty Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in violation of these terms. Students are responsible for keeping their account information accurate and up to date.
6. Course Completion
Completion requirements vary by program and are outlined within each course. Students must complete all required modules and meet any assessment thresholds to qualify for a completion certificate. GC Beauty Academy reserves the right to update completion requirements with reasonable notice.
7. Certificate Policy
Completion certificates are issued upon meeting all course requirements. Certificates are for professional development purposes only and represent course completion, not state licensing or accreditation. GC Beauty Academy completion certificates are not recognized by any state licensing board as a substitute for required cosmetology school hours or state examinations.
8. Licensing Disclaimer
GC Beauty Academy is not a licensed cosmetology school. Our programs are designed for professional development, skill-building, and career support. Students are solely responsible for understanding and complying with the licensing requirements in their state or jurisdiction. Completion of GC Beauty Academy programs does not satisfy any state licensing, continuing education, or regulatory requirements unless explicitly stated.
